Fitness Classes

Our skilled Fitness Instructors offer a variety of classes to consider. Based on your schedule and your level of fitness, choose a fitness class that’s just right for you.

- Basic Training: Geared toward the beginner who has just started their journey into a healthier lifestyle. Routine changes every four weeks. Each routine will include dance/floor aerobics, kick boxing, step and boot camp style workouts. Join us anytime!
- Beginner Step: Fun choreography using basic step moves and bench to increase heart rate, work on coordination and burn calories.
- Beginner Yoga: Relax and stretch the body by doing the basic postures.
- Body Burn: 30 minutes of sculpting using multiple muscle groups to maximize your workout.
- Beginner Step/Cardio/Tone: 15 minutes each of basic step aerobics, cardio and toning. All levels are welcome.
- Cardio-Interval Training: Start out with 25 minutes of step and floor aerobics that really get the heart rate up with basic steps performed in intervals for 20 minutes.
- Body Sculpt: Tone every area of your body using weights, balls, plyometrics, and your weight. All levels welcome.
- Forever Fit: Combine low impact aerobics with light weight training.
- Gut & Butt: Sculpt the abdominals and lower body – join us if you need a “butt lift”!
- Pilates: Strengthen your core by working with Pilates balls and stretch bands for proper form – mostly on the mat.
- Silver Sneakers: Improve your muscular strength, range of motion, and capacity for daily activities. Exercise using small weights, elastic resistance bands, and ball (or chair) for support.
- Step Aerobics: Increase your heart rate, burn body fat, and shape the lower body doing aerobic step to fun music.
- Turbo Jam: Burn up to 800 calories with sports drills and hip hop and athletic moves that change every 8-12 weeks.
- Yoga: Relax and stretch the body by doing the basic postures.
- Yoga/Pilates: Relax and rejuvenate your mind and body by combining yoga and Pilates.
- Zumba: Target the hearts, gluteals, legs, and core abdominals with Latin-inspired dance moves in a party atmosphere.
- Zumba Toning: When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work with Latin infused Zumba moves to create a calorie torching, strength training dance fitness party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to scuplt their bodies naturally while having a total blast!
