Can I stop/freeze my membership for a month?
For Member Agreements, you may freeze your account for one month – up to two times a year non-consecutively. You must provide written notification 10 days prior to your bank/credit card draft date. If the freeze is necessary for longer than one month, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. For Member commitments, membership cannot be canceled during the length of the commitment. What is your cancellation policy?
Membership Agreements are considered "at will". So, you may cancel at any time with a 10 day written notice. (Use this link to download our form to process a cancellation or freeze of your membership.) Membership Commitments and Paid in Full Memberships are non-refundable.
How old to you have to be to join?
18 or older – unless the individual part of an insurance-based program that includes minors. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Do you have to sign a contract to join?
There are two types of Memberships – Agreements and Commitments. With an Agreement, you can cancel at any time for any reason. With a Commitment, you are responsible for membership dues for the length of the Commitment.
What hours are you open?
Monday through Friday: 5:00 am – 8:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. (We're closed on Sunday.)
If I sign up for a membership and cancel in the middle of a month will I receive a prorated refund?
All memberships are paid monthly by draft – or paid in full. We do not give refunds for partial months not utilized. However, depending on the circumstances, we may add the time to the end of your membership.
Do you have day care?
We are an adult facility and therefore are unable to provide child care services.
