Can I stop/freeze my membership for a month?
For Member Agreements, you may freeze your account for one month – up to two times a year non-consecutively. You must provide written notification 10 days prior to your bank/credit card draft date. What is your cancellation policy?
Membership Agreements are considered "at will". So, you may cancel at any time with a 10 day written notice. (Use this link to download our form to process a cancellation or freeze of your membership.) Paid in Full Memberships are non-refundable.
How old to you have to be to join?
18 or older – unless the individual part of an insurance-based program that includes minors. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Do you have to sign a contract to join?
There are no contracts. Paid in Full Memberships are non-refundable.
What hours are you staffed?
Monday through Thursday: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. If you want to meet with one of our Health & Fitness representatives on a weekend, please call ahead of time to arrange an appointment. Please note that staffed hours are subject to change based on BODYWORKS' discretion.
What security precautions has BODYWORKS taken?
Because we want you to be able to work out when YOU want to, we're open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To make sure you feel safe and secure, we have installed video surveillance equipment and members are provided with an emergency pendant which they can use to alert 911 in the event of a problem.
If I sign up for a membership and cancel in the middle of a month will I receive a prorated refund?
All memberships are paid monthly by draft – or paid in full. We do not give refunds for partial months not utilized. However, depending on the circumstances, we may add the time to the end of your membership.
Do you have day care?
We are an adult facility and therefore are unable to provide child care services.
